针对高职智能制造专业群人才培养中存在的能力碎片化、产教融合浅层化、评价激励单一化、师资团队松散化等结构性矛盾,湖北职业技术学院构建了创新型人才培养体系。该体系以“四阶双循”培养模式为核心路径,依托“三级融合”创新平台,通过“双轨驱动”激励机制和“匠师协同”教学团队提供保障,有效提升学生创新能力与就业质量,促进教学团队水平提升及产教深度融合。
Abstract:In response to structural contradictions in the cultivation of talents for intelligent manufacturing majors in higher vocational colleges, such as fragmented capabilities, superficial integration of industry and education, simplified evaluation and incentive mechanisms and loose teaching staff teams, Hubei Polytechnic Institute has constructed an innovative talent cultivation system. With the "Four-Stage and Dual-Cycle" training model as its core path, relying on the "Three-Level Integration" innovation platform and supported by the "Dual-Track Driven" incentive mechanism and "Craftsman-Teacher Collaborative" teaching teams, this system effectively enhances students' innovative capabilities and employment quality, promotes the improvement of teaching teams' competence and in-depth integration of industry and education, thus providing valuable references for similar institutions.
